action and it is called echelon. It has some of the most advanced
speech recognition software in the world. It simultaneously
monitors faxes, E-mails, phone calls, Relay Chat for specific
word like Nuclear, Bombs. This is why encryption methods and
programs that are (almost) impossible to crack are illegal.
